How To WhiteList National-Leads.com

Why WhiteList?

No one likes to receive spam. On the other hand, you want to be able receive your MLM leads and read the e-mails you have asked to receive, or need to receive.

For the most part, "Spam Filters" do a good job, but they can be a bit of a bother, filtering out e-mail you want to receive and allowing e-mail to get through you don't want to receive.

Yahoo, Netscape version 7.0, AOL, MSN and Outlook version 10.0 all provide you with a way to filter your e-mail and help guarantee you receive the email you wish to receive. In the case of MSN and AOL, by adjusting your security controls, you can set up your e-mail box so much of your e-mail ends up in your junk mail box. With Yahoo, unless you set up filters, e-mail you are looking for may end up in your bulk mail box.

Here's the main problem though — when you join a new newsletter or make a purchase using an AOL, Netscape, Hotmail, MSN or Yahoo e-mail address, you may not see the e-mail you are looking for unless you go into your junk mail or bulk mail box.

How can you avoid this problem, while still saving your e-mail box from being bombarded with unwanted e-mail?

The best solution for internet providers and email programs like Hotmail, MSN or AOL is to add the names and email addresses you wish to receive to your "safe list." When using Yahoo or Netscape, it is best to create a filter to ensure the e-mail you want ends up in your Inbox and not in your Junk Mail, Bulk Mail, Delete or Trash Folder.

Here are some of the best methods for the individual programs below to help ensure you receive emails from National-Leads.com (You can also do this with any other email address you wish to whitelist too):

Yahoo!

To make sure emails from National-Leads.com are delivered to your Yahoo Inbox (not the Bulk Mail folder), you must instruct Yahoo to filter it to your Inbox. Here is how you set it up. It's easy!

  1. First login and open your Yahoo e-mail. Click on "Options." on the right hand side of your screen. In the right hand column, under Management left click on "Filters." Then click on "Add."
  2. Since this filter concerns receiving mail from National-Leads.com, you can call this filter "National-Leads." I suggest you type this in as the filter name.
  3. Underneath the heading "if all of the following rules are true ..." go to the top row labeled "From header." Next to this you will see drop down menu. Make sure to select "contains." Then simply type in info@national-leads.com.
  4. At the bottom, where it says "Move the message to:" simply select Inbox from the pull-down menu. Then left click on the "Add Filter" button at the bottom and you’re done.

If you're using this sort of e-mail system and you either aren't getting email from National-Leads.com, or you want to continue to receive our emails in the future, here is what to do (it's more of a pain, but it's not hard to do):

Contact the customer service or the Postmaster of your ISP. Explain to them that email from info@national-leads.com is an e-mail that you asked for and value. Ask them if they can whitelist it for you. They'll may ask you for some information about us. Here's what to tell them:

  1. Sending Address: our email address is: info@national-leads.com (don't forget the hyphen!)
  2. Domain: our domain is: national-leads.com (don't forget the hyphen!)
