Delivery: Delivery usually begins within hours, but can be up to 72 hours depending on the weekend. Each Real Time Lead Order includes, at no extra charge, a state-of-the-art
Leads Back Office which allows you to: view and print your leads or download your leads as a .csv, .txt, or .xls file.
Daily Lead Volume: You have full control over how many leads you want to receive each day. You receive leads at the pace you set for them. You also have the ability to pause/unpause your leads if you need a few days off.
Lead Age: Delivered to you by email within seconds.
Location: Real Time Leads are U.S. or Canana Leads, or a mixture. You choose.
Overage: We have found that the simplest way to cover this is to give all orders 10% more leads. This means less administration on your part and ours, rather than having to check each lead that has been reported invalid. This ultimately keeps our costs down, which in turn keeps the cost of leads lower. If your order would happen to have more than 10% invalid leads,
contact us by email with the invalid leads witin 72 hours of receiving them.
Semi-Exclusive: Our Real Time Leads are sold a maximum of two times. You have exclusive use of your leads within your company.
Real Time Local Leads Back Office: The Lead Back Office gives you full control over your lead orders. You may include ANY number of area codes in your order. You choose your desired maximum # of leads per day.
You can pause and unpause your order at anytime for a maximum of 72 hours at a time. The purpose for this time limitation is so a particular area code cannot be held indefinitely, thereby making that area code unavailable for other customers.
If you need it for longer than 72 hours, you will need to unpause, and then re-pause your leads again to give yourself another 72 hours. We apologize for this inconvenience, but it is for the fairness of all our customers.
