Exclusive Christian Leads

We have people call us up several times a month asking for an “Exclusive” lead.  Exclusive is not easy anymore.  There are several factors to account for, but we have set aside one category of leads, in our Specialty Leads category, that are exclusive – Real Time Christian Leads.

Exclusive - you have the sole rights to that lead.  It is not shared with anyone else.  It is not sold to any other company or archived for later use.  It is 100% yours and yours alone.

You can see an example of what the landing page may look like at the small photo, or you may visit the Christian lead page by clicking on the link above to get a closer look at the web page.

We call them Christian leads because the marketing that is done to get visitors to landing pages such as these are targeted toward Christians who are interested in aligning themselves with fellow believers and/or a Christian company that is in harmony with their faith.

Many people find that a common faith helps to break down barriers and build bridges more quickly.  However, I will say this – these leads were not designed to find a group of people who are more gullable, easier persuaded, and naive.  These are still leads, but if you would rather find prospects that share the same faith you do, then I would encourage you to test these leads out for you business.

They are more expensive than our regular leads because they are exclusive.  But for an exclusive lead at $7.50 or less, it is one of the best prices you will find for the quality and the specialty.

They are not going to be for everyone, but they are going to be an ideal lead for the right person.  I was speaking with one of the owners of a recommended autoresponder, who is also building a home business, and his favorite type of network marketing lead is Christian leads.  He finds that he enjoys talking with those prospects more, and there is a trust that is more easily built.  He has built a very dynamic business using Christian leads.

Have You Tried Instant Voice Leads?

Instant Voice Leads have been our #2 selling lead for 2010.  We have had more referrals and re-orders of these leads in the last few months than any other type of lead.

In speaking with one customer about a week or two ago, he said one of the reasons he likes them so much is that they are a different way of working leads. You get to actually hear and listen to the prospect before you ever pick up the phone to call them.

We introduced this lead back in December 2009.  It took a while for it to take off because it was new, and people weren’t quite sure how to approach using this type of home business lead.

If you click on the link above you will get to hear an example of what the prospect hears before they submit their voice mail to you.  The prospect visits a web page about a home business, they listen to a short presentation that invites them to leave their name, phone number, and to give any reasons why they are looking for a home business, how they feel they are qualified, and some if they have any experience in working from home.

When the prospect hangs up the phone, the MP3 of their voice mail is instantly delivered to you via email.  They are also stored in your back office so you can track them there too.

The one approach that seems to be working well, according the the customer that I mentioned above, is he treats it like a voice mail resume.  He calls the prospect back, says that he is getting back with him after listening to the voice mail he left, and then will create one or two questions from the voice mail message to ask for clarification, if the prospect can expand on that, give any further details, etc.  He says it gets the prospect talking and makes things more relaxed. At that point he may ask the prospect a few more questions, and then transition into a brief, 30-60 second overview of his company.  He gives the prospect some homework to do, says he will call back with some further questions and then follows up with the prospect.

It has worked very well for this customer.  He doesn’t work them like traditional leads.

The next time you are ready for something new, and need more mlm leads to work for your business, give the instant voice leads a try.  You may find them a refreshing change to the traditional type of lead.  There is a reason why this lead has become our #2 seller.  Our real time redirected leads are still #1, but passing up all the other leads, the voice leads are proving to be a good choice.

Improved Real Time Interviewed Leads

July 13, 2010 by Rich · Leave a Comment

As of today, July 13th, we have just launched an improved and more qualified real time interviewed lead

One of the things that I have been teaching for over a year now is that the majority of leads that are being sold as “interviewed” leads are not actually interviewed at all. There are two things going on with these, so-called, interviewed leads.

  1. They are being called by an automated dialer that verifies through a touch-tone process.
  2. They are being called by foreign call centers in either India or the Phillipines.

I’m not saying those are necessarily bad, but you need to know what you’re paying for and I can guarantee that 90% of the crap being sold out there as an interviewed lead is not what you think you are purchasing.

At National Leads, we want you to know that our real time interviewed leads are what you think they are – a lead that was contacted, qualified, and interviewed by a live person here in the United States.  They are qualified to make sure they have both time and money to invest in their business and they agree to be contacted about a home business.

We used to sell real time verified leads.  They were “okay,” but they were not interviewed leads. Today, that all changes.  You are going to love our interviewed leads.  A real person-to-person interviewed lead for $3.15 or less.  Boo-Yah!

I highly expect these leads to become our new best seller. Order a batch of real time interviewed leads and give them a try.

A quick disclaimer - These are still leads and still people who will be “guarded” when talking about personal matters, such as money, time, jobs, desires, hopes, etc. The leads will still need to be worked, followed up with, and treated as you would like be treated. Our job is to interview them and qualify them so that you have a quality person to speak with. Your job is to find out if you, the lead, and your business are a good match.

Our improved, person-to-person interviewed leads may be just what you are needing to take your business to new heights. Just click on the link above for more details.

What NOT To Do With Your Leads

July 8, 2010 by Rich · Leave a Comment

Buying MLM Leads and using them in your business sounds simple enough.  However, many times when people buy a batch of leads, something happens from the point of purchase to the point of actually using them.  I’m not exactly sure what that thing is… some kind of fuzzy, cloudy, muddy obstruction creeps in and obscures the vision.

I have found several things that people begin doing with their leads that are things you should NOT do when you buy a list of network marketing leads.  Let’s look at a few of them.

1) People Do Not Use The Leads – This should go without saying, but there are still many people who spend $45 – $100 on a list of leads, and they never call them.  Or they call five to ten of them, and because they were told “No” a few times, they write off the rest of the leads and they quit.  Then, they blame the leads as not productive, poor quality, and will tell you that leads don’t work.

Solution #1 - This is simple.  Just use the leads, get over your fears, put the responsibility of success on your shoulders, not on others.  You invested in the leads, now use them.

Solution #2 – Another solution would be to get some training and build your confidense in using leads.  Check out our Dani Johnson page for more information on training.

2) People Try To Discredit Rather Than Disqualify – I found many (far too many) home business owners who have a chip on their should against lead companies.  They call me up and begin telling me how they’ve been burned by another leads company and how bad these other companies are.  Quite frankly, I don’t want that person’s business either.  The problem is usually not an issue with the leads companies but an issue with the customer (and yes, I am saying that sometimes the customer is not always right).  Too many people buy a list of leads and as they begin calling through the list, they are more interested in discrediting the list than qualifying and disqualifying prospects.

They may call a lead and say, “A couple days ago, did you fill out a form asking for more information about working from home?”  Or, “Did anyone ever call you to ask you about working from home?”  That’s just plain stupid is what that is. If someone called me up and asked that question, I would say “No” and hang up. I don’t want to talk to someone like that.

Solution #1 – Get the chip off your shoulder and realize that your income is in direct proportion to your personal development. You need to change your attitude or there isn’t any list in the world that will ever meet your needs.

Solution #2 – Just like the previous problem, you need some training in a big way.  You have possibly bigger issues than lack of confidence. But, the good news is that learning how to properly approach leads will help you take all those “bad lists” and turn them into gold.

3) People Complain About The Bad Leads – I can give you list of 50 of my very best leads, and there will probably be a disconnected phone number in there or someone who says they never asked for information. You can either complain about it or realize that bad leads are inevitable.  It doesn’t matter how much you paid or how good the list is, there will be some bad leads. We replace those, but rather that realizing a few bad leads are normal and getting those replaced, people begin to complain and actually get hostile about a few bad leads.

I understand bad leads are not fun. But we can get those replaced.

Solution #1 – keep working through leads.  Get to be a pro at working leads and you will find that you don’t worry about the small things anymore.  You work your leads, get the bad ones replaced, and keep working leads.

Conclusion

I can guarantee that the people who worry and do one or more of these three things remain part-time in the industry and their income will never be what their dreams wish for. I’m not making any excuses for leads, but I can take a list from any one of these 3 issues and give it to someone with more experience, and they will produce from that list.  They don’t get caught up in the trivial.

If you want to be successful, one idea is to do the opposite of what the unsuccessful are doing.  The unsuccessful do not follow through, they have a chip on their shoulder, and they compalin a lot.  Do the opposite of that and you’ll do well!
