The Open Door
Over 90% of the email leads we offer at National Leads are not available for purchase on our regular website. They are reserved for a “semi-private” area known as our monthly lead feed. In 2010, we are going to open the door for new members for just 3 days.
For all the details on the Monthly Lead Feed, watch the video below.
If you have questions or comments, leave them in the comments box below. I will respond to your questions and comments regarding the lead feed there.
The monthly lead feed is now closed.
Thanks everyone!
We Need Your Opinion
I could really use your help. Do you see that poll over on the right, if you could take about 10 seconds and take the poll, I would really appreciate it. If you need to review things, just click on this link to see the different types of leads we have now.
Here’s why I need your help.
We get phone calls all the time asking different types of questions, but there are two questions that seem to make me pause and evaluate things with National-Leads.com.
- Why don’t you offer “this or that” type of lead? Do you think you could start offering that?
- There are too many choices when trying to figure out what to get. Why do you offer so many types of leads?
After trying to figure this out on my own, I thought it best to ask you for help. We want to have a site that works best for most people. I know that every day we lose potential customers because there are too many choices. I know that every day we lose customers because we don’t have what they’re looking for.
After you take the poll, feel free to leave any comments as well that may help clarify your vote. Here’s a summary of the 4 options:
- You need to have my lead types. There are other types of good leads that you just don’t seem to have.
- I like the way things are. NL has good choices and don’t change anything.
- It’s a bit much. Maybe you could cut back on a few types of leads so it’s a little less crowded.
- It’s way too much. It’s hard to figure out the difference between all the different types of leads. NL would be better off just having a few different types of leads.
There you go. I appreciate you taking 10 seconds to vote… and… if you feel like it… a comment below too.
“Don’t Buy Leads!”
“Don’t Buy Leads!” How many times have you seen that headline? I know I have seen it hundreds of times over the last couple of years.
Do you understand the underlying message in that headline?
Here is what they are really trying to say – “Don’t buy leads; instead buy my program where I can teach you to generate your own leads.”
I know you probably know that, but once you read through their sales page, you are probably thinking, “Yes, I can do that too.”
Now, I’m not saying that a person cannot generate their own leads… in fact I think that’s a good thing. But, let me caution you on two things:
1) Generating your own leads is expensive. I have been told by dozens and dozens of people who tried these programs and ended up spending hundreds, and in many cases thousands of dollars on ads, more training, research tools, etc.
Don’t ever believe that the cost of the program is going to be your only expense.
What they found was that it was costing them, on average, $25-$30 to generate one lead – and they had not enrolled anyone yet. To generate 25-50 leads this way, before enrolling one person, can make things rather pricey.
2) Of the people who have spoken to me, one of their top frustrations has been in the time it has taken. Spending 10-20 hours per week in ad testing, copy writing, researching, and of course more training is not uncommon. One guy told me he spends 50+ hours per week!
Furthermore, these people told me that the courses they bought usually had some kind of back-end referral program… which ultimately distracted them from building their primary business. It kind of defeats the purpose.
Let me conclude by saying this – I am not against a person generating their own leads. But, while there are benefits in doing it yourself, you need to ask the question:
“Why would you want to or need to?”
You don’t see the owner of a McDonalds cooking the hamburgers, cleaning the tables, taking orders, making fries, cleaning the shake machine, doing the accounting, hiring and firing, and trying to do it all himself. It’s not that he/she couldn’t do those jobs, but why would he?
If the owner of a McDonalds wouldn’t do all those jobs, why should you?
A business owner does what he/she does best, and then outsources or hires others to do what they do best.
If you’re going to be successful, you need to let that concept sink in deep.
That is where National-Leads.com comes in. For 98% of networkers, they need a quality leads company to put in front of them qualified prospects that they can present their business to. That is what we do best!
Let me be the first to say that if you buy 100 leads, there are going to be a few duds and sour grapes in the bunch. Part of that is just reality, and part of that can be overcome with different approaches and more experience.
BUT, if you were generating you own leads, you would still have duds and sour grapes in your bunch too. It’s just that when you generate your own leads and you get a bad lead – it just cost you $25 – $30 instead.
Besides, we will replace that bad lead. When you do it yourself, you’re just out the money.
Into our seventh year, we have focused on one thing – To Provide The Highest Quality Leads For The Best Possible Price.
That’s our mission statement.
So, if you’ve not tried our leads, we have some good news for you. If it’s been a while since you’ve used our leads, or even if you are a regular customer, we have some good news for you too!
The bottom line – even if you could, why would you? It is one more thing to take you away from your primary focus of building your business.
Let us do what we do best so you can do what you do best.
