National Leads Customer Service
I must say that I am very impressed with our customer service. Let me tell you why.
I did a couple of random tests to see what the response would be.
1) I picked up the phone and called and actually spoke to a real person. Did you know that most lead companies NEVER answer their phone. I know that sometimes it goes to voicemail because of being busy. That is to be expected from time to time. But, to dial the phone and have some actually say hello is not very common these days.
2) I left voicemails late at night and got calls back. That is also a big deal. Either you never get a call back, or it is too many days later and it doesn’t matter any more. With National Leads, you will get a call back the next business day if you call after hours.
3) I got quick replies to my emails. I sent an email to our customer service… three of the actually… and got quick answers to all three. Real answers addressing my questions.
But, it’s much much bigger than this. It is getting your questions answered by someone who is knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and can help answer sales questions, resolve billing issues, how-to questions, and spend the time with you that you need in working with a leads company.
I am very proud of the customer service we have. They work hard, and most importantly, work hard for you.
You can quickly contrast that with other MLM Leads companies out there. It almost feels like that cartoon above.
- They don’t answer their phone.
- They don’t return phone calls.
- They don’t answer emails.
- They make it difficult to receive customer support.
- Billing issues are a nightmare.
While I’m not in the business of putting other lead companies down, I am in the business of giving you the very best we have to offer. We want you, your downline, and any other person that you send to us to be taken care of. It’s not easy these days, but if I do say so myself, I think we do a pretty good job
