If you've purchased leads you want to import, here are our top recommendations for 2009. I have tried to include comments that will let you know why it is ranked where it is ranked. No autoresponder service is going to be perfect, so you have to decide if deliverability rates are more important than quantity, or other factors.

1) Digital Ad Gear - This is a great autoresponder system for people looking to mass mail leads. Most systems have restrictions on list sizes, forcing email confirmation, etc. However they do not have these restrictions and like to help marketers get their email out without complications.

Deliverability is always an issue in these situations however they employ a strategy of retrying mail delivery 5 times through 5 different servers before the mail is given up on. This definetely helps improve deliverability.

They have been in business for 5 years so they know the "tricks" to managing spam complaints and staying up and running. They have good customer support, and can be reached by both email and phone.

Are they the cheapest? No. Are they expensive? No. But, you get more emails for your money and you won't have to worry about losing your data, having the site shut down, or anything like that. If you are going to use an autoresponder, hook up with one that you can rely on.

2) FireReply - This is a strong new autoresponder with a decent capacity. You can choose packages from 60,000 to 4,000,000 emails per month. Along with a good capacity is a very reasonable price as well.
